Point Betsie lighthouse, MichiganAegir Expeditions offers these unique, 2- 3-, and 4-day weekend charters on Lake Michigan leaving from, and returning to, Chicago’s Monroe Harbor.

Under the guidance of an experienced captain/sailor/facilitator, you will have the opportunity to sail a 48ft passage making sailboat to ports of call on Lake Michigan. With plenty of shore time, you can spend the weekend in Saugatuck or harbor hop around the southern part of the Lake and visit South Haven.

Join the boat on Friday evening for dinner and a night sail on the lake (the exact destination will depend on the wind). With a morning arrival, you will have the time to enjoy a relaxing day ashore taking in a few sights, shopping in town, hiking, or kayaking before getting an early night. Depending on the destination we may anchor out and/or spend the day swimming from the boat in Lake Michigan.
